Reactive Fluid Dynamics Laboratory was established in 2009 in Mechanical and Control Engineering Department at Kyushu Institute of Technology.

Keywords of our study are
“Compressible flow”,
“Supersonic/Hypersonic flow”,
“Combustion flow”,
“Detonation”,
“Liquid rocket engine”,
“Hybrid rocket engine”,
and “Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)”.

We study these topics by using numerical simulations and conducting experiments. We collaborate on research activities with many domestic and international researchers.
